The Summer Dance Intensive Senior program at Class Act Studios is specifically designed for advanced dancers aged 14 and up, who have reached RAD Ballet Intermediate Foundation and higher. This elite program focuses on honing ballet and pointe work, alongside Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT), Floor Barre, and contemporary dance, providing an intensive curriculum aimed at technique refinement, artistic expression, and preparing dancers for the next steps in their dance careers. DATES & SCHEDULES: Dancers have the flexibility to sign up for individual weeks, allowing for personalized and intensive training tailored to their needs. The classes are scheduled for: July 30 & August 01 August 06 & 08 August 13 & 15 Each session is meticulously planned: 4:00pm-5:15pm: Contemporary 5:15pm-6:45pm: Ballet 6:45pm-7:00pm: Break 7:00pm-8:00pm: Pointe Work 8:00pm-9:00pm: PBT (Tuesdays) / Floor Barre (Thursdays) This comprehensive structure is designed to challenge, inspire, and elevate each dancer’s capabilities, promoting significant growth and mastery of their craft. DRESS CODE: Any style or colour bodysuit Pink ballet tights Pink ballet shoes Hair pulled back into a well-secured bun Socks are required for PBT and Floor Barre sessions. WHAT TO BRING: Water Bottle: Essential for staying hydrated. Healthy, Peanut-Free Snacks: For maintaining energy throughout the intensive sessions. Notebooks and Pens: Ideal for jotting down corrections, notes, and insights during the program. Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of registration. The prices described include a non-refundable registration fee of $50 to secure your spot in the camp. Cancellation Deadlines and Refunds: Before April 15, 2024: Cancellations received by this date are eligible for a 100% credit (minus the $50 registration fee). From April 16, 2024 to 15 days Prior Camp Start Date: Cancellations within this timeframe will receive a 50% credit (minus the $50 registration fee). 14 days Prior Camp Start Date: No credits will be issued for cancellations received within this period. ​Cancellation Process: All credits can be used towards another camp in our 2024 season (space permitting) or used towards Tuition fees in our 2024-2025 Season. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@classactstudios.ca Missed Classes: We do not offer refunds, credits or make-up sessions for any classes missed during the camp. Studio-Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event that a camp is cancelled by Class Act Studios due to insufficient registration or instructor illness, participants will have the choice of a full refund or a credit for another camp in our 2024 season (spacing permitting) or Tuitions in our 2024-2025 season.
