Dive into Summer Dance Ignite, a vibrant 4-day camp designed specifically for our bright stars aged 3-6! Running from 9 am to 12 pm, this dynamic program introduces little dancers to the magical world of dance, focusing on two fun-filled styles.

Each day is packed with lively sessions where kids explore the basics of ballet, acro, jazz, and hip hop (depending on the theme), sparking their imagination and creativity. Alongside dance, they'll engage in themed crafts and games, making new friends and building confidence.

Summer Dance Ignite is the perfect place for young dancers to express themselves, learn new moves, and ignite a lifelong passion for dance. Join us for an unforgettable journey of discovery and fun!

Cancellation Policy for Summer Dance Programs

 

Full payment is required at the time of registration. The prices described include a non-refundable registration fee of $50 to secure your spot in the camp.

Cancellation Deadlines and Refunds:

  • Before April 15, 2024: Cancellations received by this date are eligible for a 100% credit (minus the $50 registration fee)

  • From April 16, 2024 to 15 days Prior  Camp Start Date: Cancellations within this timeframe will receive a 50% credit (minus the $50 registration fee). 

  • 14 days Prior Camp Start Date: No credits will be issued for cancellations received within this period.

Cancellation Process:

  • All credits can be used towards another camp in our 2024 season (space permitting) or used towards Tuition fees in our 2024-2025 Season. 

  •  All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@classactstudios.ca

Missed Classes:

We do not offer refunds, credits or make-up sessions for any classes missed during the camp.

Studio-Initiated Cancellations:

In the rare event that a camp is cancelled by Class Act Studios due to insufficient registration or instructor illness, participants will have the choice of a full refund or a credit for another camp in our 2024 season (spacing permitting) or Tuitions in our 2024-2025 season.

INSPIRE Ages 7-13

Where Dance Dreams Take Flight!
Embark on a journey of imagination and expression with Summer Dance Inspire! Tailored for dancers aged 7-13, this 4-day camp, running from 9am to 12pm, invites your child to delve into the world of dance through three captivating styles.
 
As they explore ballet, jazz, acro, and hip hop (vary by week), each session is designed to not only refine their technique but also to inspire their creative spirit. Alongside mastering dance moves, campers will engage in themed crafts and interactive games, fostering teamwork and self-expression.
 
Summer Dance Inspire is the perfect stage for your child to shine, develop new skills, and embrace the joy of dance in a supportive and fun-filled environment.

JUNIOR INTENSIVE

Your Path to Dance Mastery!
Dive into the Summer Dance Intensive Junior, an elite program crafted for dancers aged 10 & up, designed to challenge, inspire, and elevate.

Meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-5pm, this intensive focuses on ballet, contemporary, pre-pointe work, PBT (Progressive Ballet Technique), and Floor Barre. Each class is structured to deepen technical skills, enhance artistic expression, and strengthen the physical foundation necessary for all dance forms.

Each week, dancers will immerse themselves in a rigorous curriculum, tailored to nurture growth and prepare them for the next level of their dance journey. This intensive is the perfect opportunity for young dancers to refine their technique and showcase their passion and dedication to dance. 

Requirements: Dancers are required to have successfully passed their RAD Ballet Grade 3 or higher.

SENIOR INTENSIVE

Transform Your Dance Vision into Reality!
Summer Dance Intensive Senior invites dedicated dancers aged 14 and up to a transformative experience that transcends the ordinary.

Held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-9pm, this intensive sharpens the focus on ballet, contemporary, pointe work, PBT (Progressive Ballet Technique), and Floor Barre. Tailored for those seeking to refine their prowess and push beyond boundaries, our sessions are meticulously planned to challenge even the most advanced dancers.

Over the course of two weeks, participants will engage in a comprehensive, demanding curriculum designed to elevate technical skills, artistic expression, and overall performance readiness. Ideal for competitive dancers aiming for excellence, this program sets the stage for significant personal and professional growth in dance.

Requirements: Dancers are required to have successfully passed their RAD Ballet Intermediate Foundation or higher.

EXAM INTENSIVE

A Week to Conquer the Challenge!
Dive into the heart of your dance journey with Challenge Exam Intensive, a crucial week-long dive designed exclusively for dancers in our competitive Challenge Program.

Held from Monday to Friday, this intensive is the cornerstone for those preparing for their ballet, jazz, and tap examination syllabus, with exams slated for December. Throughout the week, participants will immerse themselves in focused sessions that break down each syllabus component, combining rigorous practice with expert guidance. 

Classes will take place during the day time and the schedule is released after registrations. 

Note: Attendance is mandatory for all dancers in our Challenge Program.
